I doubt those doors will be on the final version(if it's ever built). The R8 race diesel only makes 650hp so a little tweaking will no doubt be necessary if their target speed is 110.

I'm also skeptical about the placement of the air intakes so low on the sides.

wouldnt matter one side hit on that scoop and you'd have plenty of opening to get out.
