Seeing as it was so nice today I juts coulnd't sit on frontr of this damn computer doing real ($$$) work. So i finally pulled my alpha. The drive came off in november and i decieded a few days ago to convert to a bravo for the sake of being able to sell my boat!

So after much effort, alot of cursing and a few handfuls of greaseey funky bilge oil residue and gear lube. I finally removed the alpha transom assemblie.

Now all i have to do is remove all the pumps, wiring and riging and then spit shine and paint the engine bay and I am ready to bolt up the new drive and join the rest of the 454/bravo world!!!

stern drivespec says its easy to do.

and if i can't figure it out I think I might just go to a local professional and have them do it.
