Default Tristar, here is first Hammer X out of Fountain

Here is the first one built by Fountain, note Hydrolic steering, wonder if Searay will be putting that on there???? Hull and Deck glassed and bonded.

Do you know what it weighed compared to the original? #001 was really light in the front.

I see a prop, does that mean it hit water? Did they go with an HO in this one? Im curious what it would did with a small block.

Yes it is a HO, it was run once, gps was in lower 70's but they only tried one prop and it was all over the rev limiter's.

As for a small block, seriously go buy the blue one in OH, that the accountant has, it will be the best price out there for this boat.

He did too much rigging in that one, so it might be a bad idea!

Exact opposite. I spent like a week doing 1 hr worth of work on that boat! Should be perfect till you took over!

Shoot me an email, I lost your address in the great hard drive crash. Hopefully you didnt get a job yet did you?

Thanks for the pics. I am not sure what Sea Ray will be doing with the steering, if I had to guess I would say no on the hydrolic setup.

Dealers arealready talking about marking up the Pachanga because of its "limited edition status," I might have to look elsewhere for a boat.

Don't get me started on Sea ray dealers, they think their boats are "GOLD" if you don't believe me go price a 26 Searay cruiser

Tristar, did you see the Pachanga on the cover of one of the current boating magazines? (Forget which magazine it is)

Yea, we had a lot of those pictures (I help out at searaypachanga.com) some time ago.

I admit Im a bit disappointed, especially with the price and the final performance figures...

Nice boat, but for 80k Ill go get a brand new 24' Pantera...
