Default Blower recommendations

Hi, all.
As everyone on the board knows, I am now taking the Rio boat to Poker Runs. It still has the Mercury 510 ci 750hp Supercats in it. They are 12:5 race gas motors. I was looking to lower the compression and put a blower on it.
Very much unlike me, the economy being what it is, I'm looking for the least expensive setup that would work. I don't plan on running more than about 4 events a year. I would like to keep the horsepower where it is or just a little higher.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Rich

My opinion:

Most bang for the buck: Procharger
Little more expensive but easy setup: The Blower Shop
Best there is: Whipple Charger

How about the Weiand. It was standard equipment on one of the Mercury engines. Couldn't be too bad of a unit if they used it.

You should have no problem meeting your HP with that displacement. I am running a 468 ProCharged M3SC FI at 720 HP. Turn key no problems

Big blower, turn slowly.....The guts in your super cat motors are perfect for a blower set up......I would call frank at scorpion racing engines, he is a supercat guru......Builds a lot of super cat motors for race teams......Cell is 1-734-306-4147.....

Whipple would be the best. My next choice would a TBS 871 or larger.

I agree that the whipple would be the best choice.
If you want something a bit cheaper I have a pair of 871 with superchillers. I will take 12k for the pair intakes, coolers & blowers.
