Default Concept 27

Can the 27' be equipped with twin outboards? I can only find ones with singles.

Yes, only with Optimax's .Verado's simply weigh to much for the transom on the Concept 27.You will need tabs..Customers are finding that a single large horsepowered Verado or Optimax 250 H.P.works quite well.

having owned a 27 with a single 250 i have to say that with twins i would not want any of todays heavier engines on there in a twin application....older 2.5 200s of 225 pro max motors would probably be good due to lighter weights....

the boat is a great all around package with a singlke 250 although its a little slow for some....the boat responds to speed really well...the faster you went the better it rode...i would say a single 300x, 300xs or a verado 350 would be the hot ticket....

you cant go wrong with a 27 in my book....
