Default Pulling a 525EFI ?

I have never removed a boat engine. Taking the headers off this afternoon. Where should I unbolt the front mount? Should I leave the mount on the engine or unbolt the block and leave it in the boat? Thanks Doug

I'm assuming it has Solid mounts ( offshore)

I usually take the three bolts out of the block on each side.

They have to come off anyway and it makes it easier to get to the motor mounts. But your right I could have left them on. I have to put it in my pickup and drive about 2 hours. What do I put it on? Should I buy a cradle from summit. Thanks, Doug
