Default Gen 6 502 rebuilt shortblock, you decide what compression.

I have a Gen 6 502 shortblock for sale. It has been bored to 4.530 bore. It has been fully gone thru, decked, line honed etc. It has been deburred and checked for cracks etc. It has a stock forged crankshaft that has been magnafluxed and checked. The stock rods have been reworked and ARP bolts installed. All I need is for the interested buyer to tell me what compression ratio he wants and I will get the proper SRP pistons installed. The entire rotating assy will then be balanced.

All machine work will be done by T&T racing engines in Gurnee IL.

I am asking 2500.00 and until Nov. 31st 2008 I will throw in free shipping.

Any questions give me a call at 847-774-7182

Freakie

I think your boat is too long to go with the 3" rise. You need to carry the bow and I do not know if it will do that with the rise. The setback will work though. I went with 1" lowers and lost speed on my boat. No change in setback. If I went with ext boxes I bet I would gain speed.

I would need 1800.00 for the block, crank and rods.

If you pay for shipping I will take it the way it sits.

Chad

I will be in touch in a day or two. I have to get engine from shop and crate it up and weigh it etc. Are you sure you do not want me to get pistons for it ?? If I put pistons in it, all you have to do is install your cam and button it up.

Let me know.
