Default IPOD mount

Where and how did you mount you IPOD? Does it hold up to the pounding? Pictures?

On my dash. Pics are for my Nano, which I have since replaced with a Touch. Now have the same type of mount for the Touch.

Issues of it not working while running are non existant since they don't use a harddrive.

I use one of the dash screws to mount it so I didn't have to drill any holes.

Velcro, I used a piece of velcro to mount my IPOD in the cabin. It works great and is easy to remove. It has never come off. You do need a smooth hard surface.

To add to this, I have a remote control next to the helm, so I don't need to mess with my Ipod once I connect it to the stereo system. The remote then controls most of the functions on the Ipod.

I made a little pouch out of leather for temporary under my dash and it has worked so goo it is now permanent. my radio has IPOD controls just like the Ipod.
