What an unbelievable week. I wanted to be able to thank all of the OPA teams and SBI teams that showed their respect for their fallen brothers. What an incredible show of support with racers showing they haven't forgotten, by branishing the their "553" and "57" decals furnished by glassdave on the boats along with giving the Squirrel, the ride of his life on the bow of his OPA team mates. It was a great time in KW, and thank you all again. Congrates to all the race teams for a great and safe week of racing.
-Mikey- Great job...

Lusididee...Call me when you can, thanks, Joe.

We didn't think the squirrel would last on our bow, but it got the ride of its life inside our canopy strapped in with us.
I also wore my Aeromarine racing t-shirt under my uniform.
All three guardian angels definately were with us

What you can see in this picture is our ride along for the week in Key West. His name is "Nutty" and he is the Squirrell riding the bow of the boat. What you can't see is the picture of Pat and his son Dustin, that I Laminated and taped to the dash in front of me. My boys were there in Key West this year and helped attach "Nutty" to the deck. I spent a lot of time reflecting on that photo, thoughts of their relationship, and my thoughts of my own family thru out the week. Pat if you wanted a World Championship, you got one this year aboard the P4-45 ( 401 )!! I will miss you. Jason
