What would a 500 HP BULLDOG with around 100 hours be worth I have one in my boat now and know a guy that has one for sale and he told me to make him an offer

So this one is the 540CI, not the 502CI?

If it was the 540, I would think around 5-7K depending on how many of the pieces were in it.

To replace the short block is $4500 plus shipping, thenyou need heads, cam, rockers, lifters, tins and all the little pieces.

Cost 10K+- to build a new one.

It is the complete motor with cmi headers

In that case refer to post 3, maybe add a 1000 for the headers.
