from what i heard, the city is trying to bring back boating to the lake. the water is still dirty and the fish are still floating on top of the water, due to low O2 levels . but who know whats going to happen in the future.

I watched a documentary about that lake and found out it use to be a popular boating destination until it got hit by some severe weather which caused major damage to the resorts. That sucks its a pretty big lake and if it had no speed limit and was still popular id probably go there.

Schwarzenegger has apparently thrown a ton of money at Mary Bono's fund to clean the lake up and install filters as well as other things!!!!!
