Lightbulb New stepped bottom,100+ mph ?

36 ft,Small notch,the center looks like a pad but at a angle.Its different looking.I guess the steps get it to the pad then you balance on the pad running.

Seems like it would be difficult to get off a trailer unless it floated completly free.
