I'm sure everyone would agree that if they could save 10% each year on their boat insurance it would be well worth a one hour initial investment of time. Right?!?!?

Here's a way to save 5%-10% off your boat insurance rates (with most carriers).... take a USPS or USCG or Boaters Safety course this winter.

Call up your agent and find out if your current carrier offers course discounts. If so, then take an online course and then send your agent a copy of your certificate of completion for endorsement and credit on your policy.

If you need a recommendation for online courses, please call or email me and I'll be happy to send you a link for your State's course.

I second that! Not only receiving a nice discount on your boat insurance but learning more about boating and promoting safety helps us all in the boating community.

Good recommendation Stacy.
