Thumbs up 25 outlaw 496 mag, how fast?????

wondering what guys are seeing for speed with 25 outlaws with the 496 mags?
let me know, and pics would be cool as well!!

heres the one i might be getting depending what the cost will be to get it from florida to Mass. im going to be looking into buying a trailor down south, fly down, rent a truck pick up the trailer and drive it home, or im going to see about getting a trailer from my buddy up here and towing down grab it and come back, or shipping it up.
im going to figure it out and that will deturmine if i get rid of my checkmate and buy this one.

Mine runs 65mph GPS with a labbed 23p Mirage Plus from BBlades.
Brett up-pitched the 23 then labbed it. I had a labbed 25p but it was a tad too much prop.
I have the same year as that one. Love the graphics as well.

didnt want the HO......WTF not? I would call the 525 the big boy motor. Either way, if you want to mod the motor the regular mag is a better place to start simply b/c its a little cheaper and the only mechanical differences between it and the HO are all replaced by aftermarket parts no matter what you do...supercharger or raylar.

Sure do. The regular 23P you will see high 63mph on GPS. Remember my prop is labbed so that helps. Call Brett @ BBlades. He can fix that 23 right up for a very reasonable price..

my old man always had a thing for the lowest HP big block possable. figure's it puts the lest stress on parts and will last longer, and he doesnt care if its 2 mph faster.

Twin, great info.
thanks

thanks for the heads up, i will let you know, but im happy with my checkmate for now, but if my old man decides to sell this boat, its by far my favorite boat and its low low hours, always covered, stored on a lift, and maintained by us since new so if i got rid of my mate it would be for this boat, or a larger boat.
thanks tho
