Question Media Blaster on Long Island?

Hey guys,

I am restoring an '86 Formula 242 LS, and I need to have the nasty bottom paint removed. Does anyone know of a good media blaster in the Long Island, NY area? Thanks in advance.

Randy

I called No Chem and they do not do any work for the general public anymore...they only work wholesale for large marinas. Still looking for a local blaster...

you can have them do it at my shop if you like, in lindenhurst. I might have another boat for them anyhow, I have used them quite a few times.

you can also check Buddy Lowman ( spelling? ), also in lindenhurst.

soda blasting works great and does not hurt the gel. no chemicals and cuts right through the bottom paint. They use regular baking soda
