Default Experience Adding a Procharger to a 26ZX

I am adding a procharger to my 26ZX this year. I have heard so many different things on this site about set-ups I know a few of you have added kits to your boats. My biggest question is what did you use for your fuel setups?? Pump? FMU? Regulator? ECU remapping? I have a M1 5lb kit with aftercooler. Thanks in advance for any help!! Happy New YEAR

I like the M-3 much better. Bigger cooler, bigger blower = cool boost and more safety.

Oh yeah, get that ECU reprogrammed. Not a big deal.

Did you ask this question in the post below?

I have set up quite a few. Both stock units (base kits) and enhanced. If you are willing to spend a bit extra & get an upgraded MAP/Boost sensor & re-flash the ecm you will benefit more from it & be a bit safer long term.. Also if you are going to run a procharger, go with an M3. It will work easier.. Jamie / Lakeside Restorations

You will probably start at 2 full prop sizes larger than what you ran without the boost & go from there. Jamie

I bought the kit from Jamie here. I would recommend going with him to buy the kit or stuff like that. He has done a bunch of installs and knows exactly what is needed. Sometimes ATI will screw things up and that is when it is good to be dealing with someone like Jamie. ATI's tech was hit or miss (mostly miss) but Jamies was second to none.

I did the FMU first. It worked ok. Then I had my ECU reflashed and it worked great. That was not a big deal. I put two good summers on it then upped the ante with a whole bunch more power.

Yes, 2 prop sizes like J said is a good starting point.
