how much to rebuild a small block

I have a 29 scarab with twin small blocks heads are good cam is good the bottom end needs to be gone through it has already been punched out 30 over the block needs to be(honed) out and better pistons put in and rings and so on and then put back together how much should this cost. Thanks for everyone input

He was Paul Newmans crew chief/engine builder. Makes big HP in GT1 class racing, these would be childs play for him.
Only two people work on is engines him and his brother Eddie.
Inexpensive too for the quality.
He builds my 468 pontiac turbo motor, it makes 878 HP and is bullet proof unless I get stupid and detonate it.LOL

Hunster never stop on this project did the super chargers and everything and the second shop got them to run right and i use the boat for the last two months of the season but the motors never made the power. the blocks are jasper junk and the pistons are the wrong ones and the motors dont make the right compression so they are not making power right so I now have to do the hole bottom end just trying to get a feel for how much this should cost
