Ok guys I will have a ton of info later on today the more people the better and a head count the faster the better. Ive never arraged anything like this before so bare with me and I will try to do my best. 21st is what you guys want to shoot for so I will work on setting that up as a Date. Let me know what you guys would llike, Hotel needed, Food and Drink, Just Drink, What time to start at that would be best for the majority. The usuall stuff.

Oh boy you guys are going to make this a tough one. Well here is the options 1st weekend in march seems to be easier for a better date but not positive need input from you guys. IF WE DO do it on the 14 i will need to book it asap as it fills quick at the gonez. There is a hotel walking distance lieterally 30 sec. walk they are side by side. What times are best also?

I'm good for the same dates in March as I am in Feb., the 14th and 28th.
