USPS should cost around $60-$80. That's about what everything else cost (oil cooler etc).

USPS says $116.99. Would be cheaper if I could get it in a flat rate box but you're talking about a box that's 24x12x10 and weighs 19 pounds, little bigger then an oil cooler.
