What is this??? "new" deep vee spotted!!!!!

We have been doing a lot of driving around the country and spotted this new boat/hull design!!!
Any body have any idea what it is??? the driver said he was headed towards St Pete, FLA!!!!
My dad wants one!!! WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Statement V hull is the 39 Extreme..bottom looks similar...unless they sent it up noth (TAOD) for paint. It was cold last week but it didn't snow in St Pete...Statement is moving along but last I heard would be lucky to make Miami....
