4781 is NOT a marine carb, that's a basic automotive carb.... the 80466 is, I believe, the only 850 marine carb available from Holley at this time.. i'm becoming a BIG fan of the BG marine demon series over the Holley..

Yes, you are right. Basically, what I am looking for is a Marine 850 Double pumper with mechnical secondaries that I can send to Nickerson to be worked. I am building a new engine and don't have any experience with carbs, so I want to have Nickerson do it.

They can, but you pay retail for the carb if they provide it. If they are going to rebuild the carb anyway, I would rather send them one that needs to be rebuilt.

I have a 4781-2, exactly what your asking for, it worked great but it's disassembled now, but all there including the mech choke pieces, I had it on my 454-425 boat engine for 3 years and less than 50 hours but went with a marine specific BG instead.. $100 plus shipping, if you PayPal me today I can ship UPS tomorrow from 33166
