Default Radar arch

Im considering installing a radar arch on my 32 and was wondering if its a total custom fabrication deal or are there sources that provide these? I know it was an option on my boat. I figure an 8.5 beam is pretty standard and I have a good idea of how to fabricate one. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I prepped my build in the mod stage for a removable SS arch.

Mine was a total custom fabrication from the beginning as I suspect any add on will have to be.

Im sure you can buy one somewhere, but getting it mounted securely and cleanly will be the challenge.

Thanks uncle dave, looks like you did a first rate job. I was thinking more of a permanant fixture and all enclosed like a wing. I intend to have speakers recessed on the inside of the arch. I'm thinking I may have to have one of the factories help me out. (fountain/baja) Dont know what their policy is on upgrading older boats.

I don't know their policies, but Id bet taking any possible money off the table is priority#1 for them right now.

Id bet the factory guys are sitting around waiting for a guy like you with work & money to show up right about now. Make some calls. Its a fair bit of work and will require reinforcement in the mounting area.

Whatever you do show us picts when you are done!
