Folks I look forward to seeing a beautiful new model Checkmate boat this weekend as it stops at my house on the way to the Miami Boat Show.

But for it to make it here we all need to give out a BIG yell of SUPPORT!

These guys have been burning the midnight oil like you cannot believe. The boat is almost finished but just not complete yet.

Those guys are COLD up there and dreaming of the warm weather and pretty girls in Miami and that makes it all that much harder trying to get this bad boy finished.

The reason I am posting this on the Baja site is these are all the same folks we all knew from Baja making this happen and when you see the boat if you like the Baja styling you will love this new Checkmate.

I just spoke with Clayton at Kustom Kolors yesterday and they were busting it and this morning I spoke to Dave at XT and they were putting the final touches on the new interior.

It kind of reminds me of the last few years when Baja was getting the Poker Run tour boats ready for the Miami show.

That's funny from a guy that on another thread posts that Checkmate is "My Dream Boat". Make up your mind.

I had a buyer for my Baja last year and decided to keep it because we really enjoy the boat. The guy did buy a 36 Outlaw after I pulled mine off the market so yes he was serious and also likes the model.

Waste is only when you spend your money for something you don't really want or need, or more importantly don't enjoy.

I think I have finally figured out who you are based on this one thread. Yes you just gave it away and you are a dual poster here on OSO. So you know that I know you are the guy that needs a "Spell Checker".

I will have a checkmate one day as a second boat because I don't plan to sell the Baja. If I get one I will BUY it and not "by" it.

I think it is really funny that I get under your skin so much! Dude you and you brothers down there really need to get a life.

This is all pretty funny as you did not show up until here under this screen name until the LKN / PRA even and what did you do but immediately start bashing people and calling Stu at PRA "A Dick". All you seem to be able to do is call people names, make fun of where they sed to live and bash the brand of boat they own.

I find it funny that you are now going back and changing your original posts that you made in September 08 on an even that was run five months ago. You hide behind a second screen name and act tough then go back five months later and edit the post.

Oh, and i am sorry you had to sell your boat, that sucks for anyone. Hopefully you will be able to get back in one soon. I know I miss mine in a big way.

Funny how you started out on the PRA / LKN thread living in a town that joins LKN owning a different brand boat that I am pretty sure you do still own and it is NOT a Baja H2X.

You changed your location and your boat type. Then you edited your posts on a thread that was five months old and dead (old news) and you did this so you could switch gears and start bashing me since you had no one else to bash right now.

First you were in Sherrills Ford NC
Now you are at Look Out Shoals

First you had a Velocity (Bashing PRA)
Then you had an H2X bashing me and Baja
Now you have "A Big Blow Up Raft"

I believe you sold the H2X in your mind but I bet you still have the Ve-Lo-City.
