Dealer is going to offer somewhere between 10-$12K. With those kinds of miles they won't put it on their lot, so it will go to auction and they will take a chance on recovering a few more bucks than they gave you. And the auction market now ain't good.

Dealer won't offer 10K for that truck unless you are buying the new vehicle in the showroom with the 30K dealer addendum.

I was looking to trade a 03 GMC 2500 Crew Diesel SLE/ Bose/ bucket seats- 120K miles/very clean- no paint work on another new GMC this summer and they offered 8K and that was in July. Now the new truck was heavily discounted but they do no want high mileage trades because they are unfinanceable for most buyers. I laughed and drove away. The truck I wanted is still there and mine now has 132K on it with an oil change being my sole expense on top of fuel.
Its paid for and in uncertain times the last thing I want is another payment so in hindsight I am very glad I kept it.
