Well I finally closed the deal and brought my boat home yesterday. Its a 2000 33 Outlaw with 502 mpi's. 4 bolsters 250 hrs.....it was listed for 80k but I made a silly offer of 50k and the owner accepted it. Bought it through Thomas Fraunheim yacht sales in buffalo NY, excellent guy to deal with...highly reccomend. Financing went through Chesapeake Financial, Customer service was ok, sent the docs to the wrong address, included GAP insurance when I declined it, all minor stuff when you consider he got 50k on a 50k deal....8.99% for 15 years through Wilmington Trust. He charged $495 in fees which I didnt think was bad and all I put down was the $600 Coat guard documentation, his $495, and the gap insurance(which I have already canceled and will get issued a check!) and then when I register it I'll pay taxes on what the bill of sale says lol....so I really only put down like 5% !!! Picked up the boat in the middle of snow storms and had to drive 5hrs. back but its in awesome condition. Now I have to see how far south I need to go to get it in the water, lol.

, hey do you mind telling me what the loan payments are for 50gs and how long. I am starting to wish I DIDN'T all the cash I HAD ON MY NEW MOTOR. its a 40,000 motor but I will be into it for 20,000 cash with exhaust.
should of waited until after surgery looked for a new boat
. well maybe a new hull will be in order at the end of summer. congrats again.
