Is there any relationship between these two companies? I see some powerplay pix on Latitudes website...Is the Latitude 35ft the same as the PP 33ft?

I took a ride in a friends PP over the weekend and fell in love with the boat.

Thank you for the inquiry regarding Latitude Powerboats. You are correct the Latitude 35SS utilizes the former Powerplay mold. The owners of Latitude Powerboats prior to developing Latitude Powerboats built hulls for Tom Mason the former owner of Midnight Express prior to the company being sold. The Latitude 28SS is an entirely new designed hull. All Latitude Powerboats are Vacuum Bagged and Bonded 360 degrees. The quality, fit, and finish everyone has come to expect from Midnight Express is now demonstrated in all Latitude Powerboats at fraction of the cost. Latitude Powerboats are custom built to the personal taste of each customer. Gel colors, graphics, interior, and power packages are all customer choices. Thanks Guys. Not ready to buy just yet....waiting to see how this recession goes. In the meantime, do you have any base pricing on a 35 SS?

My friend has a 93 33ft center console with twin Yamaha 300s. Runs like a champ! I would want a similar set up.

Base prcing on a Latitude 35SS with a pair of 350 Yamahas is in the neighborhood of 170K.
