Default Anyone know of any 27 Fountain Fevers for sale?

I am looking to purchase a 27’ Fountain Fever that is in good condition. I would like a freshwater boat that is fuel injected. I am not too picky on the size of the motor, but possibly a little leery on a blower being hard on the motor? From what I have seen, others have paid under $35K for the years between 1997–2000 so I would like to keep it in that range and am willing to travel. Does anyone know of any good repo sites? Thank you.

There is always a pile of them on EBay and Ooddle, ESPECIALLY in this economy!, You can do a search on the "Boat Trader" and "Craigslist" websites too, or even just "Google" the boat you want, I have done this and was suprised at how many results popped up, beyond that you can call your local marina's and ask, Its been my experience NOT to leave them your phone number though, or else you will be CONSTANTLY getting called about EVERY boat they get in, whether its close to what you want or not!, GOOD LUCK!

Thanks n20. I have been doing that but nothing in my price range. I have read about people getting them in that range, but no luck yet that are actually nice. I will check ooddle, I have not done that. I hear you about the dealers, they are desperate even if it is not what you are looking for. I was just hoping to get lucky with someone that might have known of someone that hasn't listed it yet. Thank you

Skipper Buds in Bay City Michigan just called me to look at one they have on their floor. Give them a call and if want any help, let me know. I can look at it if you would like.

Thanks Pat, That is a big operation. I looked at the boat last night and it is above our price range. If I remember correctly, it was listed at 56,900, but thank you for the info, I added my name to their list.

At that price the seller will be an owner for a while. Let it sit and make an offer later.
