Default Is a 1999 25' Baja Outlaw worth 30K???

I have been searching for a boat for a while now, that scarab I started a thread about is gone, I should hopped while I had the chance.

Anyways, I found this Outlaw a lot closer to me, was going to go an take a look at it saturday, just wondering if this boat is worth 30K?

I know I need to have it surveyed to make sure all is good, but just saying everything is good, what are your thoughts?

1999 Baja Outlaw 25' with eagle trailer, Mercruiser 502MPI and Bravo Drive.

I wouldn't pay 30K for THAT 25 OL. Just my opinion but if they left it that filthy to take pictures of it for the ad, what else has been neglected....

Looks pretty dirty in the pics.
There are a lot of midwest, freshwater boats in the same price and size range out there.
The classifieds on mwbp has quite a few well cared for boats. Some have been for sale a while and some are owned by 2 boat owners or by people looking to move up.

My brother in-law bought a 25 outlaw from shogren in chicago 99 model for 24,900. Very clean boat.

Yeah.... seems high for a 10 year old boat with a stock low hp motor.
