Was wondering how well this cam would work over stock cam? Anybody have one w/lifters for sale? thanks

Snowboy , I have a 500efi cam that is used along with stock lifters, the lifters have about 25 hours on them. I went with a bigger cam. My motors are also procharged efi. Sell it for 250.00 plus shipping

I think this would work well. What you need to make sure is if your 454 was roller or flat tappet. You cannot mix flat tappet cams and roller lifters, or vice versa.

It is a 1997 454 mag mpi,which I'm pretty sure had the roller cam. Tom
