What are the best spots to watch the D.S. run from the shore?

I would have to say it depends on what you want to see. You can see all the boats participating in the poker run do the parade through the chanel before the run starts. If you want to see the boats at full speed on of the there are a few spots that over look the lake but your best bet is Black Medow Landing on the CA side.

You can go to Cat-Tail Cove launch ramp and climb up on the hill...great views of the action... Get there EARLY....
