I am considering re-powering from a 502 to a 525 and am wanting to use my Corsa Quick and Quiet Exhaust. I have heard mixed reviews about this setup with the headers. Is anyone running this setup and if so have you had any problems

Where is the water mixing with the exhaust before the diverter or after it . What is the max rpm you run with them closed? Do know your cam duration I'm running emi's and with the stainless steel short riser they make for the corsa dirverters right now I'm running the dummy pipes and my dur is 228/236 @50 601 int 601 ex 112cl

Yeah, I threw the suggestion of mine for sale because your diverters from a 502 will take some modification to fit the factory headers that the 525 have on them. The 525 diverters clamp on the headers via a flange and you also have the water ports on top and bottom. May be cost effective to buy the right diverters and sell yours since yours do fit a wide range of applications

I'll check with CMI on what a fair price would be on mine Monday morning. They would be as close to new as you could get with only 23 engine hours at less cost than new.
