Default RE: 525 SC's blowers f/sale - value???

I have a set of Merc. 525SC Blowers / intakes / carbs - 1050 Dom.'s. I've been hanging on to these for a while however I am thinking of selling the both of them.

Any ideas of what these might be worth????
Either as a package or individually.

Somebody could have some fun with this. Everything is in perfect condition with under 150 hrs on them.

Thanks,
John

I paid 3500 for that exact thing 2 seasons ago. Included all the pulleys and what nots. It's a great add on for a 454 with a little higher compression. Mine is 9.5 and it works nice with 5 psi.

that's round what i was thinking. I was hoping a little closer to 4k. I would probably sell the set up excluding the carbs for 3,500.00. If I can't get that I would probably hang on to them. They look like new. Well at least I have an idea.
Thanks,
John
PS Those carbs on that set up from Merc was an overkill.

You should list them for 4K+- with everything.

The little bit of extra money is worth it to a serious buyer because he doesn't have to go looking for all the parts.

I have one here that I pieced together that I was thinking $1500 was fair market, but I don't have the carb.

Rememebr that those carbs are $900 each anyway.

Good luck

I would consider that and it sounds fair however I let a friend borrow one of the carbs to make some pulls on the dyno at More Power Racing and it never made it's way back and no one knows the where abouts...
Hmm. hate when that happens.
