Default Canton Oil Pan for 27 Fountain

Has anyone changed from a stock GM (Mark V) to Canton pan in this boat? I'm looking to upgrade my oiling system and have some concerns on what fits, and what doesn't. Specifically, Canton part #s 18-382 or 18-362. Boat has race engine mount.

The 382 is 10" deep and I'm concerned with clearance on the middle stringer and the ability to continue to route my water hoses underneath. I would have to relocate the bilge pump at minimum for this pan, which is not a big deal.

The 326 is 8.5" deep and has a kickout for the extra capacity. To me, this is the logical choice at first glance.

Anyone?

For those interested, the 18-362 is the pan I went with and it fits perfectly.
