Default MirrorPlex Question

I am going to install mirrorplex on the hatch of my '03 Fever. Its being cut as we speak. My question is what size stainless screws should I use? Definitely don't want to go through the sun pad.

I glued mine up and they have been holding fine for years. I think I just used silcone.
