estimated value of 2005 Nordic Heat, 100hrs?

496HO. good condition. dont know of the options yet, but trying to get a feel for an offer price. i know the economy is shot and boat sellers are suffering, but with so many online classifieds dating back 12-24 months, its hard to get a read on accurate values...

I have seen this boat in person, and at 62K it is a screaming deal.

It is extremely clean.

1996 Nordic Heat

I'll have a 1996 (All White) Nordic Heat with a brand new rebuilt 454 - Now a 468 with custom pipes and new upholstery what I will be listing for $40,000 - Zero hour on the engine and the all white will never go out of season.....
