I bought mine online 4 yrs ago and it works great !!! I will check later to see if I can give you a name or address.

Don't bother with the ones at Menards, Depot etc.

Call them and ask them what size you will need for your house. I bought the one that regenerates based on usage. And I use alot of water-4 baths and 3 females !!!

www.kinetico.com I have had mine now for 6 years with no problems and I know of 5 other friends and family that have them and swear by there softeners and R.O. systems.

Thanks guys....I have a dark boat and even though I wipe it down after every rinse if I miss any areas at all it spots like crazy....I am looking for something to keep at the dock

If you want something for the dock, then you need a reverse osmosis system. They make all sizes.

Thanks again for the info....I have a checked a few out online like spotfree and wetspot and some others....they all say they have some gimmick that makes their system the best....anybody have a paticular brand that they are happy with?

This water de-ionizer Can wash the boat and walk away without drying. No water spots!

The best part is I can wash by engine bay now. Spray with some simple green, let soak for a few minutes and rinse off. No water deposits anywhere!

I do use a leaf blower to make sure all water is out of the nooks and crannies and all sensitive equipment is dry.

I bought mine at Costco for $230.
