cam specs 525 efi

What is the stock merc cam specs for the 525 efi and will they be a good upgrade for my 500 hps carb motors.

236 / 244 duration @ 50 , 610/632 lift, 114 center line, I have these cams in my boat, sound good and great idle.

Great idle - meaning??? like king of the boat drive in or smooth like a butterfly?
