I am changing the oil in my Whipple 2.3 superchargers . i dont want to over fill. Do I check the dipstick screwed in or just dropped to the top of the housing. Makes about a half inch difference. Thanks for yuor help.

I screw mine in. If you over fill it leaks out through the snout.
