Under my rear seat on the port side I found 2 wires tied together that go nowhere. One is solid yellow and the other one is White with yellow stripe. They have male,female connectors on the ends.

Any ideas???

possibly a cockpit light that was an option?

Do you have speakers in the rear area up high? If not I believe they go to the light that is in place when they don't have speakers.
