Okay, I had sucked up tons of sand and flushed out everything I could and replaced some parts. The engine that kept overheating now runs at about 100degreesn and the other one that wasnt really affected (or so I thought) will run at 190 at WOT. I replaced both thermostats, maybe the one thats only running at 100 is defective??? Also, isnt 190 too hot at WOT? Thanks for all the help

don't run it without the thermostat.
You could swap the temp gauge senders, or gauges
from side to side to see if the problem transfers.
Or, if you had access to one, use a infra red temp
gauge and check to see what they're running at.
