Mercruiser wiring diagram-source???
#1
Does anyone have an online source of Mercruiser wiring diagrams? I am having a problem in the starter circuit & unable to energize the solenoid. I also have no 12v on the ignition switch! So, a diagram is in order to solve the source of the trouble. Thanks in advance guys!

Call the Lake. they can fax it to you...better if you take it in on your computer for legibility, or they will mail it to you.
Say "pretty please" to them and mention all of your poker runs!!

my engine is a 1996 HP454-425/450hp depending on who you talk to. It is Procharged and has really run great. Last summer I encountered an intermittent problem with the starter circuit and over the winter I took the engine out to redo the engine bay. Now the problem is permanent!! I think your diagram is the correct one, but cannot read the wire colors. Is there any way you could blow that up? That would be great!! Where did you get the CD at? It might be worth while for me to get one.
Thanks for the help, but still nothing online????
Ted,
I called "the Lake" (Mercury Performance), they are going to send me one asap!! I just hope it is the correct diagram. Even so, the colors are generally the same for a given purpose, so it should work.
I will put "The Lake" in my phone book now!
