two seater

since I need to move my gas tank about 6'' for the blower motor, I was thinking about making the back motor hatch super long and have no back seat and just the two custom ones I have now, or make a stand up mini bolster since my new front bolsters have handles. this way there will be lots of room around the blower motor and I never have friends ride with me when its running there afraid to go fast, and the wife only goes if we are going someplace good like the islands MV or block. and since I want to race it this fall. maybe three up front. well what does anyone think.

well I aready know that
, but bulkhead in front of the motor needs to be moved a 1'' or 2'' so to have more room, I was thinking move it 6'' to a 1' so I can get at the sea pump, pulleys easier to change and it would move the center of gravity which should make the boat ride better, like I said the wife has not been out in it in a long time. well me to since was injured in 04 the boat has 10 or 15 hours on it. maybe I should call it a frankenboat with the extra bulkheads going in it. and if I keep the back seat and loose 6'' that won't be bad. but the factory set up sucked for the way the back seat was designed you had to remove it to take the motor out. with the new bulkhead going to the top of the gunnel this should be the stiffest strongest fastest 24 out there. I already made a new light weight motor cover in 96 with the pro stock scoop it weights like 25lbs and you can jump on it. so anyone else thinks a 2 seater with a long motor hatch will look cool and make working on blower belts a dream, doc what do you think

. when I go out I like to run hard and a 24 in the ocean gets a lot of air cruising at 65 to 75, when a 35 to 46 footer next to you is getting a nice ride. unless we are going to the sandbar then its a 8minute ride in flat water most of the time. but I need to get this think wet this year with the konrad and blower motorif the glass work is done by mid june it should not take more than 3weeks to rerig I hope and if I don't sell my headers by then I just might use them which will cost some power
. later

I think I would try something like this.

I could use the padding and do over the vinyl back seat back and bottoms and install it on the new bulkhead. so when I sell it or give it away it will still be a 6 seater or 2 seater, JUST GOT TO GET IT BACK IN THE WATER.Then its going to be be a new hull this fall winter in the 28 to 30 ft 24 is getting old for me or a new jeep this summer, I see they might be giving them a way I want a 4 door Rubicon WANGLER mine is getting old and its a 2 door.

, he said I have a 38 tg with 800hp I not a fraid of speed, but he was of getting air evey wave it was rough one stop had 6 to 8s off newport broke my seats for the second time that year when we got back he bent over and kissed the dock
in front of everyone and said now I know why he calls it AIR TIME
. HE could of switched back to the superboat24 he was with but said this was more of a challenge and a lot faster we were doing 20mph faster than the SB24, it was funny on the way to the second stop he lost the chart so we had to slow down and wait for a carrera 24[sp] that new the way and a reporter was going to get a ride with us but he said to the woman you don't want to get in this boat wait for a slower one. haaha that was fun.
