I picked up a new fridge and the DC panel that Baja was using for the DC package (i.e. this one):

I was going to run my own 10 ga lead to the dual battery switch but noticed that there was already a "Cuddy DC Main" 80 amp breaker. I followed the lead (appeared to be a 10 ga red wire) up the port side to near the stereo. From there I can't tell where it goes. Is it just coiled up somewhere around there? I am assuming that this would be the lead that would have gone to the cabin breaker panel for the DC & AC/DC galley packages. I tripped it and I checked every switch and function on the boat and it didn't seem to have any control over it.
The rain ended my exploration for today but if anyone has done this or can throw a hint or two my way it would be appreciated. I searched through all the previous posts I could find but didn't see anything specific on this.

Well, scratch that. I found it. For future reference for anyone, the red wire (it is an SAE wire) leaves from the "Cuddy DC Main" 80 amp breaker and travels through the port side wiring hole under the bench. It then does a few loops under the wire loom behind the small round access hatch next to the batteries. I found the end of it by reaching over the bench seat into the engine compartment right up by inside of the boat next to the bench. The end looks like a regular small lug and was taped off. Unfortunately, it was drowned with expanding spray foam and the only way to get it out is to chisel it out. I think I am just going to scrap it and run a new wire right from where that one begins... which of course was what I was going to do in the beginning before I went exploring.
I'm going to go pull all the small bits of fiberglass out of myself now and do some "real" work... which of course, sucks!
