Default crank pulley bolts with wire

do i need the wire with lead that crossed between the crank pulley bolts and also ther was one on the intake bolts as well.

Or loctite - it's the same safety wire you get from an aircraft supply house......

No You dont need them they are to identify Mercury Racing sealed engines to be used in racing classes. The lead had a stamp on it to be checked.
