I threw together some of the footage shot over the weekend. We had great weather for Memorial Day weekend, so it made for some excellent evening runs. We’re still shaking out the Winter bugs, but this was a great start! Cut my camera man some slack, since he was trying to hold on, AND film on a Saturday evening Memorial Day weekend,

You know how hard it is to squeeze into a compression style backseat with a lifeline jacket on, holding a HD video camera (that i dont OWN) and the seat strap all at once? Luckily BLee kept checkin back on me to make sure i wasn't hangin off the tie bar tryin to get that "up close" shot..

The good thing about our end of Grand Lake is that (almost) everyone here loves the fast boats. The owners are all very responsible with their runs and the impact they have on everyones perspective. Every boat we pass has people cheering and waving, givin the thumbs up and tryin to use their camera phones to snap pics.. The jetskiers on the other hand, thats a whole other story!

I am from California and have a 36 Skater. Run mostly at Lake Mead and Havasu. When would be a good time of year to visit? Where would be the best place to own a house on the water with a dock? Great Video.
