just wondering if anyone knows if the 496 sea pump part#862914t08 comes with the bracket. Some sites show it with it and others don't. Thanks alot.

No, it doesn't come with the bracket (or the pulley). You have to use your old bracket (including the three bolts that hold the bracket onto the pump).
