Looks great Don.

Once you hit the water, all of you hard work will be worth it.

Thanks Frank. I am ready to get back into a fast boat! Running the diesel has been fun but with a top speed of 50 or so it can get rather boring on long runs. I need some speed!

Late last night we finished rigging the boat! We will bleed the steering tomorrow, run the engines and then we are off for a sea trial Friday! I can't wait! I will post some pictures when we make it to the ramp.

Finally got the boat running this weekend! It ran great and is very fuel efficent. After about 3 hours of run time we made a hard pass at 94.5mph and it was still climbing when we shut it down. I was seeing 17 to 19 psi of water pressure which seems to high so the motors have to go up! This thing should run close to 100mph when we are done. Needless to say I am really happy with this set up.

Don,

Your boat look great!

You are going to love those OptiMax motors. Smooth, strong, dependable, and very fuel efficent.

I beleieve the system monitor shows fuel flow, what was it at wot? I am guessing 20gph per motor, or so?
