Since you are on the left coast, you may try one of the oldest windshielf manufacturers who has supplied the So Cal boat market for years: Wayne-Earl in Tustin, CA (714) 666-2363
(Check the area code, it may have changed, but they are in Orange County). Give him your brand, year and size and he may have something he can do for you. Good luck...

I'm sure you can find a plastic shop locally that can bend up what you need, if you don't want curved just bends in it. I know there are a couple places in Tacoma + Seattle that can do it but you could probably find some one closer, check out the Yellow pages under Plastics I'm sure there has to be someone in Portland.
