OT...UFC champ kicked my azz
LOL! my good friend is the welterweight Ultimate Fighting Champion. he just got back from his title defense in Vegas. he called me and wanted to train w/ me last night. we hit the weights for an hour then rolled on the mat for another hour session. we did 10 min. on w/ a 5 min. break....no strikes of course. i managed to find myself in an arm bar twice and an ankle lock once and a rear choke once....
....yes, i tapped!
soooooo, today at work i have a nice cut across the bridge of my nose from an accidental elbow. we are taking tonight off then hitting it again on thursday. i can't wait...
you want to take a shot at the champ?

I boxed the Jr Welter weight class for Golden gloves in Knoxville TN my sophmore year in college, lost 25 lbs to get into the 143lbs category. Fighting with rules is Not as easy as it looks,

Tell Matt congratulations on his first title defense.
I’m glad to see him using submissions on you. That will give him another dimension over the slam and ground-and-pound.
Submissions gave Barnett the victory over Couture. Although Josh didn’t get Randy to submit (or even sink one), Couture had to constantly be on the defense.
Hey, what does Matt say about his fight with Newton? Was he almost out? I can’t wait for the rematch.
