Default Alarms going off!!!

I have an 07 Formula Fastech, and the CO2 and Gas Fume alarms go off quite a bit.....for no reason. To get them to shut up, I turn the batteries off and on....anyone have this problem and how is it solved???

Thanks!

I owned an 2002 292 FasTech for awhile and never had any problems with C02 or gas fume alarm going off. Had the engine alarms go off due to IAC's a couple of times, thats all.

I had the same thing happen with my CO alarm. I learned that they should be calibrated about every year. I can't remember the name of the company right now, but it says on the sensor cover. Go to that website and you can get the information you need to send it in. The cover snaps off and you unplug the pc board and the pc board unsnaps from the plastic mount. The website has instructions. They recalibrate it for a nominal fee, something like $25. Good luck!

I think the company name is Xintex... http://www.fireboy-xintex.com/
